At NetLogix, We Do Things Differently. Here’s Why That’s Important

If you took a look at your closest competitor, you’d probably be looking at a very, very different business from your own. This is true despite the fact that you’re operating in the same industry – you just have two entirely different mindsets and approaches to the important work you’re doing on a daily basis.

The same is true of NetLogix – from the moment we opened our doors until now, we’ve always tried to do things a bit differently from every other IT company out there. This is because our philosophy is uniquely ours and we believe in it so strongly that we’ve structured our entire organization around a very simple idea:

Your company depends on your IT systems. It’s our job to keep you and that company up and running and always moving forward. The base elements that separate us from so many other providers out there is a major part of how we’re able to do it.

Now, I’d like to take a moment to talk about what those elements are and why they matter such a great deal in my mind.

These days, life moves incredibly quickly. It always has to a certain extent, but that’s especially true in the fast-paced, mobile-driven, interconnected world we’re now living in. You can’t afford to wait for tech problems to “work themselves out.” If you need help, you don’t need it next week. You don’t need it tomorrow. You need it now.

At NetLogix, we know this – which is why one of the core factors that makes us unique is the super-fast response times that we offer to clients. If you run into an emergency situation, you can rest easy knowing that our response time will be one hour or less – absolutely no exceptions. It doesn’t matter what time of day or night it is – a live person will answer your call. We can even log in to your PC or server remotely to solve many issues right away.

Is this an enormous amount of work on our part? Sure – but that doesn’t make the situation you find yourself in (and its resolution) any less important.

A big part of the reason why this is so essential to us is that it helps us build our most important asset of all: trust with our clients. A lot of providers out there don’t realize just how fragile trust really is. In my opinion, it’s also not something that’s just given – it’s something you have to earn. Our lightning-fast response times are a core component of that, but equally essential is our “do it right the first time” attitude.

If you have an important job that needs to be done or a problem in search of a solution, you need results NOW. This isn’t baseball – we don’t get (and shouldn’t get) three swings at-bat. We have one opportunity to prove to you that we do what we say we can and that we’re worthy of your trust, and that’s an opportunity that we’re absolutely not going to waste.

All of this leads directly into another one of the core factors that separates NetLogix from so many other providers out there: our 22.5 years of average technical team experience.

Every single person who works for this company has been around the block more than once, so to speak. We’ve seen this industry change a great deal in even the last decade and we need people who are able to keep up. That’s a large part of the reason why we only hire seasoned, professional technicians with at least five to 10 years of experience – although usually they have much more.

If you’ve been in this business for that long, it’s safe to say that you know your way around IT. In my experience, a lot of other providers hire fresh-faced engineers who may have a passion to spare and their hearts may be in the right place, but they simply haven’t seen as much as someone more seasoned. We’re not going to force you to deal with someone who is essentially “learning on the job,” because that’s not how we can guarantee results for our clients.

But even though all of our team members are highly experienced, we also make sure they understand the value of ongoing education, too. Again – tech changes faster than the weather and the minute you think you’ve “done enough” to hone your skills is the minute you find out you’ve just lost a game you never truly understood in the first place.

That’s why we provide ALL of our technicians with continuing education opportunities on a regular basis, all in the name of helping them stay current with the latest that technology has to offer.

In the end, I believe that there are a lot of companies out there who can offer you “IT solutions” or “technology support.” But what you need runs a fair bit deeper than that.

You need someone who understands how technology intersects with your long-term goals. You need someone who knows what you’re trying to accomplish and why it’s so important. You need a partner who is every bit as invested in your success as you are.

The things that make us unique in this industry are what allow us to act like all of these things and more. It’s a mission we’ve never wavered from, and I promise you one thing: we never will.
